 VBoard® VBoard® solves a wide range of packaging problems. 
Made by laminating recycled paperboard into a rigid right-angle shape, it provides edge protection as well as load containment, stabilization and strengthening. VBoard provides only as much protection as you actually need, offering versatility and adaptability unmatched by other packaging systems. Plus, it easily combines with other materials to create custom packaging solutions. And, as with all our products, it is built to the industry's highest standard of quality, precision and consistency to assure you of thorough protection and proven dependability. Our stock VBoard is 2.5” x 2.5” x .160 and lengths are 48”, 84”, 96”, 120” and 147”. Our skid size for 48” is 1782 pieces and all other lengths are 972 pieces per skid. These lengths can be custom cut to any size and at any quantity you wish. VBoard is available in a wide range of configurations and options that meet a wide spectrum of needs. It can also be customized with print options including CautionBoard, IdentiBoard, and CuttingBoard, or you can custom print VBoard with your logo, promotional tagline, handling instructions, product code or other information. VGuard® A cost-effective strap protector.  A shorter version of VBoard, VGuard provides protection from strapping damage on palletized loads or stacked products. This practical, economical strap protector is made to a high degree of precision to ensure the uniform shape and sizing required for automated application systems. VGuard is available from stock in a 2" x 2" x 2.5" length and a case size of 1350 pieces. However, custom and standard print options in lengths from 2.5'' to 12.0'' (6.35 to 30.48 cm) are available. | QuikStik® The Stay-in-Place VBoard® Solution Simply Peel, Position and Press in Place!  QuikStik is VBoard® that features an adhesive surface on either the inside or outside of the legs. The release liner pulls off easily, exposing the sticky surface, so QuikStik can be applied quickly - whether it's on the corner of a load of boxes or the inside of a carton. CautionBoard is VBoard® printed with bold diagonal warning stripes that alert workers to fragile or hazardous products and pallets that require special care or handling. In addition to providing all the edge protection, load containment, stabilization and strengthening you expect with VBoard, it's also a cost-effective way to help meet OSHA guidelines for marking in-plant risk areas. FlexBoard® Conforms to contoured products.  Evenly
spaced sequential notches conform to almost any shape, making it especially
useful in protecting coiled and spooled materials. Durable laminated paperboard ensures effective protection from strapping and shipping damage. Precision notches, spaced 3'' apart, can also be used as guides for cutting and measuring. Fully recyclable, as are all VBoard® products. Available in lengths from 72'' to 288'' Calipers range from .120'' to .180'' for OD FlexBoard and .140'' to .225'' for ID FlexBoard.
